Classes
Classes are offered one Sunday per month from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The cost is $54.55 per class with discounts available for multiple classes. Come learn some tips and tools for improving your health in 2026!

Healthy Eating Consulting for individuals and Families
If you wish for assistance in implementing a healthy eating plan for yourself and or family I offer a program once we determine if it will be a good fit for you. This process starts with questionaires to determine suitability. Then we move onto food journaling, a home food inventory, creating new shopping lists, restocking your food cabinets, food preparation, meal preparation ideas, more food journaling then fine tuning. This program is meant to give you the tools to move forward with long term lifestyle changes on your own once the basic tools are implemented and utilized.

Healthy Eating Made Easy Classes at January Botanicals 2026
Classes are $54.55 per class with 5% discount if you sign up for 3 classes and a 10% discount if you sign up for 6 classes.
Healthy Eating Consultation Services
Healthy Eating one on one or family consultations are a service that entails a couple questionaires to be sure we are a good fit for achieving your health goals. Then we proceed to food journaling, in home food inventories, new shopping lists, food prep and cooking suggestions, and additional food journaling to fine tune and adjust your plan. You will then have the tools to self monitor and keep yourself on track with your new lifestyle changes. The goal is to give you the tools you need to make a permanent change in your eating habits.
