Why Massage?
Ashiatsu Massage will help:
  • Decrease inflammation, pain and restriction in tissue caused by injury or chronic pain patterns
  • Increase mobility in neck, shoulders and low back
  • Nurture and encourage healing
  • Reduce stress
  • Maintain flexibility and mobility
  • Improve and bring awareness to poor posture and work habits
  • Stimulate the immune system

Philosophy:

A good massage begins with listening. Listening to what the client says, how they move, and once on the table listening to their tissues and feedback and making adjustments accordingly. The body is not a static entity so what unlocks tight muscles and tissue in one moment or situation may not do so in the next. Deep careful listening facilitates true healing results.
